Townsend Blonde Roast

Our Townsend Blonde Roast honors Culper Spy Ring member, Robert Townsend. Also known as "Samuel Culper, Jr." and "723", Robert was a key member of the Ring from Oyster Bay, New York. Robert was one of the least known operatives of the Ring and even demanded that his name not be told to Washington. This Blend is also a collaboration with Raynham Hall Museum in Oyster Bay, NY. This unique coffee offers a blackberry like acidity, caramel sweetness, with hints of plum and black tea, creating a complex flavor profile and well-rounded cup.
